- The domain http://myezlink.com.sg (“myezlink.com.sg”) is owned and registered by EZ-Link Pte Ltd (“EZ-Link”).
- The use of myezlink.com.sg is governed by these following terms and conditions and your use of myezlink.com.sg shall be deemed as your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- EZ-Link reserves the right to revise and update any of the following terms and conditions without any prior notice to you. Any further changes will take effect upon posting. By your continued use of myezlink.com.sg, you hereby communicate that you have accepted these changes.
2. Your Account
- In order to use myezlink.com.sg services, you may be required to register for an account. To register for an account, you hereby represent and warrant that the particular provided to us are accurate, complete and updated information as indicated upon registration.
- You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Login ID, password, digital signature and/or other authentication method which may be provided to the user for access of the portal.
- EZ-Link reserves all rights to restrict, suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.
- You shall bear any losses incurred or sustained by you in transmitting payment information due to or attributed to your negligence such as but not limited to your use of a public computer and lack of internet security.
3. Merchandise Availability
- You acknowledge that all products featured on myezlink.com.sg are subject to stock availability and we make no guarantee as to their availability upon your order. If the products are unavailable after your order has been processed online, we will inform you via email.
- Orders on myezlink.com.sg are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order is accepted.
- While EZ-Link endeavours to ensure that all prices on myezlink.com.sg are accurate, there may be discrepancies. If EZ-Link discovers a discrepancy in the price of a product you have ordered, EZ-Link shall inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either proceeding with your order at the revised price or cancelling it. If for any reason EZ-Link is unable to contact you, the order shall be cancelled, and a refund shall be effected to you.
5. Cancellation of Order
- EZ-Link does not accept any cancellations or modifications of order once the order has been confirmed. You are reminded to check your order before proceeding with the payment.
- EZ-Link reserves all rights to cancel your order anytime, without providing any reasons. In the event of cancellation, EZ-Link shall inform you of such cancellation via email and shall effect a refund to you.
- Refund will be credited to you without interest into the same credit card that was used for the order.
6. Product Information
- Products on myezlink.com.sg are portrayed as accurately as possible in both pictorial and descriptive form. You acknowledge that there may be reasonable deviations arising from differences in the display of the product as viewed from your device.
7. Delivery and Collection of Goods Information
- Digimatic Solutions Pte Ltd is our partner which handles processing and delivery of your order. You may either opt for delivery or personal collection. In the event that you opt for delivery to your specified address, you also consent to the charging of a delivery fee, which shall be reflected on your check-out page. If you choose to opt additionally for a specific collection date, an extra fee will be charged on top of the regular delivery fee.
- Failure to collect the relevant Good/s within the time specified shall be deemed to be a rejection of the Good/s and the Good/s may be re-sold by EZ-Link. Appropriate refunds will be provided to the relevant Customer in such an instance.
8. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- Exchanged or returned products must be in original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original packaging, and order confirmation and/or invoice. EZ-Link reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfill any of EZ-Link’s exchange policy.
- EZ-Link shall not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.

- In no event shall EZ-LINK be liable to you or any person for any injury or harm resulting from the misuse/abuse of the purchased products not in accordance with our instructions.
